31 Community Day Schools you should see

All around the country, President John Dramani Mahama is aggressively building new Community Day Schools. The president promised to build 200 new schools and 123 of them were awarded on contracts. The E-shape schools are not just schools but packages that is made up of a lot of goodies. 

'E' for excellence as seen in the E-shaped schools

The package include fully-resourced Biology, Chemistry and Physics laboratories, libraries, computer laboratories, teachers flat, headmaster's bungalow, a school bus and a pick-up vehicle for administration works. Each school also comes with offices for the various departments, 16 toilets, an assembly hall and staff common rooms.

The provision of accomodation will enable teachers to accept postings to the deprived areas. This was not the case in the past years. The schools located in the hinterlands are equipped with every modern facility that will make teachers comfortable in the hitherto deprived communities.

 They facilities include bungalows connected to the national electricity grid, potable water, computers and soon to be added free internet services. With all these in place, teachers will now gladly welcome postings to every part of the country.
